Automatic painting line from Finiture for surface finishing of wooden window frames and sashes.

The line is designed for intermediate and topcoat application using water-based coatings. It is equipped with a 6-axis robot that automatically scans the workpieces and adjusts the spraying programme to their shape and size. This ensures precise and uniform application of paint and lacquer.
The line includes an overhead conveyor system with automatic workpiece rotation, allowing both sides to be coated. It also features a spray booth with an automatic colour change system and a drying tunnel with dehumidification and heat recovery.
An integrated control system provides automatic control and monitoring of the various processes.
